About the Chakras

The Chakra System is comprised of seven energy centers each with it's own color, sound, frequency and relationship to your being. By understanding each of the seven main energy centers it is possible to imbrace a simple approuch to both releasing unnecesary energy and manifesting all that you most desire. At the base of your sacrum is located your first Chakra or (root chakra) this center deals with your foundation, stability, family and home life. The second Chakra (sacral chakra) grace and flow, change and pleasure, and rules your reproductive area. The third Chakra (Solar plexus) represents power, worth, will, courage, motivation. The fourth Chakra (Heart Chakra) is compassion, love, networking, relating, and finding balance. The Fifth Chakra is the center for communication, creativity and expression.  The Sixth Chakra is the center were we create and connect to our inner vision.  The Seventh Chakra is our direct connection to the divine, were we are inspired and one with all that is.
